My name is Douglas and I live in Seattle. I've listened to and created my own dance music of various types throughout the last 20 years and am looking to this course as a way to re-inspire me as well as teach me the finer points of proper production. While I cut my teeth on big-room hard house and trance of the 90's, my current interests are deep house and breaks.

Hey all, my name is Phabius, an ex-Londoner now living in Corinth Greece for six months. I have a weeky FM Radio Show here called MEGALO TAXIDI ('Big Trip') playing Jazz, Brazilian, Afrobeat, Latin Cumbia, Arabian, Balkan, Funk, Soul, Blues and more. As that's the genres I play on the show I am obviously into those, but I also like dark ambient music and anything to do with drones. I have spent my life wanting to make music but not getting around to it, but I can no longer live without having a go! I hope to pick up some useful tips from the course, especially regarding re-editing tracks.

Hello, regarding 'THIS COURSE WILL RUN IN GOOGLE CHROME'. I am still on OSX 10.5.8 so it is not possible for me to download Chrome, does that mean I will not be able to take part in the course as I would have technical problems using another browser?

Me 2 Late Start! Hi all! I'm Greg Mann. My first public gig was the last day of school in 4th grade. We played The Monkee's "Take The Last Train To Clarksville" smile Still gigging over 4 decades later. I have a Pro Tools based studio. I'm studying the relationship between music/quantum mechanics/spiritulity. I"m a huge Pat Metheny fan and make music based around altered tuning guitars, fretless bass, textures and sounds.
