IMO, very good work on what is a very comprehensive breakdown of 'Lucy'. Especially on all the complex sounds, and working out what the instrumentation. I think that's all pretty spot on. Also, footnotes!
My only thought was on the BPM (which is handy, because that's the thing you weren't sure about ) Your measure counts look a-ok, but I think the BPM is a little off for the verses. What I've noticed, ESPECIALLY in songs that use multiple meters (in this case, 3/4 and 4/4), is that the tempo almost certainly changes, especially if moving between common denominator times. That tool you linked seems to have gotten the chorus more or less right, but I'd say the 3/4 section is at least 130bpm if counting quarter (in this case, technically 'third') notes. Of course, it depends on how you carve up the measures, what fraction of a measure you use to count, and what meter you're counting in. When I counted it against the number of measures you specified, It's definitely in the 120-30+ range. In any case, I think there's definitely a tempo change in the chorus.
It can be tricky and annoying dealing with this stuff. In my graph, I initially had my song moving from 4/4 to 7/4, but I realised that while that was 'accurate' strictly speaking, I either had to change the BPM (because the count became much faster), or change the notation of the time so it made a bit more sense. So i wrote it in 7/8 instead
