Here's hoping there's still some traffic here. I've been preparing some stems and loops for remixing, and would like to share them with as wide an audience as possible. Here's the lowdown on the project, feel free to contact me if you have any questions or ideas.
Tevellus and Rhode Island Red Studio are releasing remix stems taken from the track Ambelliance, from their 2014 album Ocean Temple recorded at Rhode Island Red Studio. The loops were all used in the production of the song, and are only minimally processed, basically the sounds as we recorded them.
The song was recorded at a tempo of 99 beats per minute, key of d minor. You are invited to transform, add to, and derive from these stems to create your own work, using any software, hardware, or instruments you desire -- and share your remix with us on our SoundCloud group or on ccMixter.
There are two packs to choose from, a high quality set of WAV files (48k/24 bit as recorded), a downsampled set of FLAC files (44.1/16, downsampled). The FLAC files are available on the ccMixter website, and the WAV files are available on the Rhode Island Red Studio google drive.
